Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AutomateBolt — the customer relationship management product operated by AutomateBolt, Inc. ("AutomateBolt", "we", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an AutomateBolt account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, for keeping your credentials secret, and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AutomateBolt to:
- Violate any law or the legal rights of any person, including data-protection and anti-spam laws.
- Send unsolicited communications, malware, or otherwise harmful content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the service.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate any account that materially breaches this section, with notice where practicable.
3. Subscription & billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) using the payment method on file. You can cancel any time from your workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy.
We may revise pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. Your data
Data you store inside AutomateBolt belongs to you. You grant AutomateBolt a limited license to host, copy, transmit, and display that data solely so we can provide the service. We will not access your customer data except to provide support, comply with law, or maintain the security and integrity of the platform.
5. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime on Growth plans and 99.99% on Enterprise plans, measured outside of scheduled maintenance windows. Where we fall short of a contractual SLA, you may be entitled to a service credit as described in the relevant order form.
6. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information using the same care it uses with its own confidential information of similar importance, and at least reasonable care. Confidential information does not include information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party.
7. Intellectual property
AutomateBolt retains all rights, title, and interest in the service, including its underlying software, designs, and trademarks. Feedback you give us about the product can be used by AutomateBolt without restriction.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutomateBolt's total liability under or in connection with these Terms in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during that period. AutomateBolt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service immediately if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if continued provision of the service would expose us to legal risk. On termination, you may export your data for up to 30 days, after which we delete it.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before they take effect, and your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
