AutomateBolt started in 2021 with a simple question — why does every revenue team apologize for the CRM they pay six figures for? Four years later, the answer is replacing that CRM, in 60+ countries.

Why we exist

CRMs were designed for managers. We're building one for reps.

The CRMs every team grew up with were really reporting tools wearing a friendly face. Reps tolerated them. Managers nagged. And the data — the actual thing the CRM was for — got more wrong each quarter.

We decided the only way to fix that was to design from the rep's seat outward: a workspace they want to open in the morning, that does the busywork for them, and quietly produces clean data as a side effect.

Today, more than 12,000 revenue teams across SaaS, real estate, agencies, finance, and healthcare run on AutomateBolt — and we are just getting started.
